I'm a product-minded Senior Software Engineer and Engineering Manager based in the UK, with over 6 years of experience and a founder mindset. My expertise spans various industries, specializing in implementing complex logic for fintech and retail products, and bridging technical architecture with business impact.

Currently, I serve as a Senior Lead Engineer / Engineering Manager at Eagerworks, where I'm leading the engineering organization through a period of rapid 10x growth, scaling the team from 10 to 100+ engineers.
