Waiting for problems to happen is not my thing, I always try to be proactive and solve them before they happen.
Self-learning
Self-learning
I can easily identify and solve problems that I have not yet encountered, and I can learn new technologies and techniques to make my work more efficient.
I am a computer engineering student and FullStack developer currently working at eagerWorks as a Team Leader.
As a Team Leader, I organize and build positive rapport, inspire trust, and guide teams toward achieving organizational goals.
As a FullStack developer, I am eager to learn the tools necessary for the job. Even though I am opinionated about tech, I will always take the project's necessities first and look for the solution that best fits the product based on the current priorities and future opportunities.
Fullstack Developer - eagerworks
2019 - Present
I started working at Eagerworks in 2019 as a Jr Fullstack developer. My time was spent learning and building products for startups. I have a very proactive personality, so very early in my career, I started conversing with clients and making technical decisions for the product.
Started with small projects of one-person teams and incrementally larger teams, from one to two, from two to three, and then the largest team, five. Most of them with a leadership role.
I have now also started working on a project manager and technical leader role helping the founders transition to a manager role for more high-level responsibilities. At the same time, I take care of projects, technical difficulties, and decisions on the stack that the company will use in the future, primarily focused on frontend and full-stack projects.
